“Graubünden Treasures” – Food & Drink

In 1742, the Graubünden chronicler Nicolin Sererhard described the potato as “good, hearty food for strong stomachs and working people”. But what – and how – do people eat in Graubünden today? The travelling exhibition Graubünden Treasures brought together a range of objects relating to the theme of “Food & Drink.”
