Capadüsli

This Capadüsli, which belonged to our mother, is part of the festive Tracht of the Prättigau valley. (Note: A Capadüsli is a traditional cap worn as part of folk costumes, or Trachten.) She proudly wore it on holidays and at family celebrations. Nowadays, I wear it as often as possible. It was an integral part of my childhood and remains a piece of home.
