Item title reads - Winter Sports begin now eagerly awaited snow has fallen at St. Moritz - the world's winter playground! Switzerland.
L/S of the snow falling hard, a tractor with sweeper on the front smoothes it out. Various shots as diggers and sweepers smooth the snow out.
Intertitle - ' - practice runs have already commenced on the famous Cresta Run.'
Various good shots of the Cresta Run, people lay on their stomachs and slide down on sledges.
Intertitle - ' - our own Buxton (Derbyshire) now snowclad - is a "St. Moritz in miniature", even if the big thrills are missing!'
