Objects and contents
Participation in the cultural portal is open to any cultural institution, cultural organization or individual, as long as the data and information are related to the history, culture and languages of the Canton of Graubünden.
The Amt für Kultur Graubünden [Office for Culture] is responsible for coordination. The data provider and the Amt für Kultur Graubünden decide together what content will be presented in the cultural portal of Graubünden.
In order to participate in the cultural portal, the metadata and digitised material must be made available to the Amt für Kultur in electronic form.
The metadata should be supplied as Excel files. Institutions and individuals that do not yet have a software for managing digital content can use the myColex software provided by the Amt für Kultur, which is connected to the cultural portal via software interface.

Events
Events are not recorded directly in Porta Cultura, but are obtained from Guidle. It is possible to add an event on Guidle yourself. In some cases, the tourism organisation, municipality, etc. of a region also records events in Guidle. It is advisable to search for the event in Guidle before adding it to Guidle in order to avoid duplication. If an event is listed in Guidle but not in Porta Cultura, please contact us. Guidle is updated in Porta Cultura on a nightly basis.
